Through an integrated approach to assessment management, AHRPI Consultoria prepares socio-environmental studies for the purpose of project licensing and satisfying license conditions. Consulting on merger and acquisition transactions through planning for asset purchase or sale, including thorough commercial and technical analysis, while establishing an ethical, transparent, and trustful relationship with our customers.
ASSET MANAGEMENT
Supervision and follow-up of assets in the implementation, pre-operational, and operating stages, including aspects related to O&M (operation & maintenance), environmental licensing conditions, and regulations.
DUE DILLIGENCE
Managerial and technical investigation to detect possible risks and liabilities involving asset transactions. Evaluation of contracts for the supply of goods and services, concession agreements, environmental licenses, environmental and labor liabilities, and others. Technical auditing through site inspections.
